Puglia Ville began with a feeling as old as time - the comfort of coming home to a peaceful space that brings you joy. A place where you can lay down roots, share community, and truly appreciate life.

After growing up between the United States and Italy, Luca, our founder, earned a B.S. in Industrial Design from Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia. He then returned home to Italy to start a family, where he spent the next decade as a Quality Control Specialist for Boeing while assisting with development of his father’s construction business.

Since 2019, he has worked full-time to acquire properties, restore historical homes, build new dream homes, and bring the countryside back to life.

Luca’s diverse background represents what Puglia Ville brings to the table that other businesses can’t - the delicate intersection between artistic touch and the realistic building means to achieve it. The classic adage states that the architect builds a beautiful home that doesn’t last, and the engineer builds a quality home with no feeling.
